Sofia Carson has been announced as UNICEF's latest ambassador, using her voice to 'engage young people across the US to relentlessly pursue an equitable world for every child'.

The American actress, singer and activist has supported the charity since 2017, and commented 'I am infinitely grateful to UNICEF for bestowing me with the immense honour of being a UNICEF Ambassador. UNICEF has been and always will be a beacon of hope, a lifesaving force and an instrument of good for children in every corner of the world. I am proudly, wholly and humbly committed to their lifesaving mission, and I cannot wait for the journey that lies ahead'.
